Hey there! My name is Mya and when I first arrived at BHS the staff quickly noticed that kennel life is too stressful for such a gentle giant like myself, so I am currently getting soooooo much snuggle and relaxation time in a foster home. Here's what my foster family has to say about me!

"Mya is a cuddly, gentle giant. She strongly believes that she is a lap dog and won't let her size stop her. Whether it's her paw on your shoulder or her head on your lap, she wants to be touching a person at all times. While she loves a good couch nap, she is far from lazy. She loves solving her daily food puzzle, showing off her new tricks- she's a pro at sit, down, paw/shake, and going on walks. Mya can be a little shy at first, but once she opens up, and that doesn't take long, and she's a ball of love. This girl has a very special personality that will draw you in from the second you look into those big brown eyes. I feel like if she could talk she totally would, but since she's limited to dog language she is extremely expressive with her face, and will nudge you with her nose or tap you with a paw to get her point across. She also appears to be very house trained, with only minimal accidents when first settling in. Any family would be lucky to add such a sweet and loyal dog like Mya!"
