My name is Evie and I am as beautiful in person as I am in my profile photos! I've also been called chatty, gentle and resilient. When I first arrived at the Baltimore Humane Society, I was very very shy and not sure who these new people were. The training and behavior team quickly noticed that I was interested in other dogs and that's how they found their way to my heart! I became more and more confident the more dogs I met and I quickly made friends and started to come out of my shell. Once I warm up and am starting to feel comfortable with you, I will play bow and play little chase games with you! I remind my friends here at BHS of a teenager sometimes, a little ornery, nosey at times, funny, very inquisitive, and excited to learn new things.

I would truly benefit from going into a quieter home with an experienced dog owner, and another dog. I really just need patience, understanding and a confident dog bestie and I will make such a wonderful addition to any family. Interested in adopting me? We recommend submitting a general online adoption application and then heading to the shelter during our normal adoption hours (Mon: 12-4pm and Tues-Sun: 12-5pm) to meet our available animals.
