You have a fascination with Charlie because he is insanely handsome and has one of the best personalities around town? You wish you could add him to your family? While we don't know too much about Charlie because he came from another shelter and refuses to share ALL of his secrets with us, we have learned quite a few things he just can't hide. One of them being that he LOVES to shake hands. Just met? Hand shake. Wants attention? Hand shake. Waving hi? Yeah, he does that. He likes to sit in your lap (or at least try to, please don't tell him he's bigger than 10 pounds, we don't want to ruin it for him.) He also loves to play with toys.
