Free Spay/Neuter & Rabies Vaccine Program

Free Services for Qualifying Zip Codes

Thanks to a special grant from the Maryland Department of Agriculture, the Baltimore Humane Society is able to offer free spay, neuter, and rabies vaccines to pet owners who live in the select zip codes of Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Harford County!

This is an income-based program by appointment only. Proof of income and residence are required.

This is for owners with pets living in the home, not feral communities.

Spay and Neuter Center Winter Weather Policy:  If Baltimore County schools are closed due to inclement weather, we will be closed that day as well, and we will contact you to reschedule. If schools have a two hour delay, we will still operate as normal.

Appointments Required
Patients are seen by appointment only.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please our Winter Weather Policy below.

*Due to high demand, appointments will fill up quickly and are first come, first served.

**At this time, all Spay and Neuter appointments are COMPLETELY BOOKED. Please check back on April 2nd for more availability.
