Sponsor a Homeless Shelter Pet

Do you want to help the animals at the Baltimore Humane Society but can’t adopt a pet at this time?  Why not Sponsor a Shelter Pet?  You’ll get the joy of knowing that your sponsorship is helping to pay for the care of the animals while they are here at our shelter.

You’ll receive a photo of your sponsored pet, and your name will be displayed on one of the animal spaces for the length of your sponsorship.

Sponsorship Commitment Levels
Dogs $200/month ($50/week)
Cats $100/month ($25/week)
Rabbits $80/month ($20/week)

Money received from the Sponsor A Shelter Animal program is a charitable donation to the Baltimore Humane Society and is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Please be aware that you are actually sponsoring a run or cage for an animal and the sponsorship fees will be used to offset the expenses of animal care that the shelter incurs. The animal you sponsor may be adopted or transferred to another shelter or rescue organization. If this occurs, the run/cage you have sponsored will be filled with another needy animal.
